2020/01/03 10:00 入出金を再開致しました。 いつもビットバンクをご利用いただきありがとうございます。 2020年1月2日 (木) 16:30:00ごろ、イーサリアム（ETH）の計画されたハードフォーク（EIP 2387: Muir Glacier）が予定されております。これに伴い、当社は下記の期間においてETHの預入・引出を停止いたします。 ETH預入・引出停止予定日時：2020-01-02 (木) 10:00:00 〜 2020-01-03 (金) 10:00:00 仮想通貨の売買および日本円の入出金、その他の仮想通貨の預入・引出は通常どおりご利用いただけます。 尚、ブロックチェーンの状況により、預入・引出の停止予定日時および再開日時が前後する場合がございます。ご不便をおかけしますが、あらかじめご了承ください。 今後ともビットバンクをよろしくお願いいたします。 Thank you for using bitbank. 2019/11/20 16:47〜16:57 の間、下記の障害が発生致しました。 当該事象は、注文受付サーバーのインフラのアップデートに起因するものでございました。お客様のご注文においては、システムエラー(10001)が発生し処理されず、お客様の利便性を損ねる結果となってしまいました。 現時点においては、システムは完全に復旧しており、全ての機能をご利用頂けます。 この度はご不便、ご心配をお掛け致しまして申し訳ございませんでした。
