暗号資産（仮想通貨）取引に関連した詐欺行為ならびに悪徳業者にご注意ください
暗号資産（仮想通貨）交換業者での口座開設や取引を推奨する詐欺行為と思われる事例が発生していますのでご注意ください。 「国内で登録を受けていない外国籍の無登録業者」が関与する詐欺的な投資勧誘等がみられます。 また、資産運用を暗号資産で募っている無登録業者への暗号資産の送付事例が複数報告されています。業者の所在地が海外であっても、日本の居住者のために又は日本の居住者を相手方として金融商品等の取引行為を業として行う場合は、日本で規制当局へ登録等が必要です。金融商品等の取引を行うに当たっては、まず、相手方業者の登録を確認してください。 登録等の有無及びその連絡先は、金融庁「免許・許可・登録等を受けている業者一覧」にてご確認ください。 また、「副業コンサルタント」等を名乗り、暗号資産（仮想通貨）交換業者における口座開設や取引に対してサポートや助言を行うかわりに、アドバイス料／サポート料として多額の金銭を要求する事例も複数報告されています。 当社はこのような行為を行う業者とは、一切関係がございません。 このような行為を受けた可能性がある方は、速やかに最寄りの警察窓口や金融サービス利用者相談室（金融庁）へご相談ください。

「販売所」サービス提供開始予告のお知らせ
いつもビットバンクをご利用いただきありがとうございます。 ビットバンク株式会社（本社：東京都品川区、代表取締役社長：廣末紀之、以下当社）は、2020年10月5日（月）より「販売所」サービスの提供を開始することをお知らせいたします。 販売所とは、暗号資産（仮想通貨）をお客様と当社が直接売買する店頭取引方式のサービスです。当社においてこれまで培ってきた取引所の流動性を活用することで、販売所現物取引において業界最小水準（※当社調べ 2020年9月28日現在）のスプレッドでのお取引が可能となる予定です。 販売所の取引画面は、取引所の画面と異なり「買値」と「売値」のみが表示され、ワンタップで暗号資産の購入・売却が可能です。板取引と比較してシンプルな2Wayプライスで表示されます。さらに約定とほぼ同時に取引画面への反映が行われるため、ご自身のタイミング・価格で取引したい方にとってご利用しやすいサービスとなります。 今後ともビットバンクをよろしくお願いいたします。 Thank you for using bitbank. bitbank, inc. 本日発生したネットワーク障害について
本日 2020/09/26 17:55より、bitbank.cc につながりにくい状況が発生しておりました。18:55 現在、インフラの自動復旧により、全てのサービスがご利用可能な状態に戻っております。原因に関しましては、エンジニアリングチームにて調査中の状況となります。この度はご不便、ご心配をお掛け致しまして申し訳ございません。 19:30 弊社が利用しているクラウドプラットフォームのAWS（Amazon Web Services）の障害であることを確認致しました。現在、当該事象は解消していることを確認致しました。
