「販売所」サービス提供開始予告のお知らせ
いつもビットバンクをご利用いただきありがとうございます。 ビットバンク株式会社（本社：東京都品川区、代表取締役社長：廣末紀之、以下当社）は、2020年10月5日（月）より「販売所」サービスの提供を開始することをお知らせいたします。 販売所とは、暗号資産（仮想通貨）をお客様と当社が直接売買する店頭取引方式のサービスです。当社においてこれまで培ってきた取引所の流動性を活用することで、販売所現物取引において業界最小水準（※当社調べ 2020年9月28日現在）のスプレッドでのお取引が可能となる予定です。 販売所の取引画面は、取引所の画面と異なり「買値」と「売値」のみが表示され、ワンタップで暗号資産の購入・売却が可能です。板取引と比較してシンプルな2Wayプライスで表示されます。さらに約定とほぼ同時に取引画面への反映が行われるため、ご自身のタイミング・価格で取引したい方にとってご利用しやすいサービスとなります。 今後ともビットバンクをよろしくお願いいたします。 Thank you for using bitbank. bitbank, inc. "Buy & Sell Crypto" is an OTC (over-the-counter) service where users will be able to trade assets directly with bitbank. By utilizing bitbank's liquidity from our exchange, we expect to generate one of the tightest spreads in the industry for our users (based on internal research as of 28 September 2020).The user interface for our "Buy & Sell Crypto" page will be simple and easy to understand.It will feature a "Bid Price" and "Ask Price" button, which enables users to buy or sell crypto at the click of a button, while the prices will be displayed in a 2 Way quote format. Orders executed will be immediately reflected on the user page, thus making it easier and more intuitive for users who are keen on trading at their own timing and price.

本日発生したネットワーク障害について
本日 2020/09/26 17:55より、bitbank.cc につながりにくい状況が発生しておりました。18:55 現在、インフラの自動復旧により、全てのサービスがご利用可能な状態に戻っております。原因に関しましては、エンジニアリングチームにて調査中の状況となります。この度はご不便、ご心配をお掛け致しまして申し訳ございません。 19:30 弊社が利用しているクラウドプラットフォームのAWS（Amazon Web Services）の障害であることを確認致しました。現在、当該事象は解消していることを確認致しました。
