犯罪による収益の移転防止に関する法律等の改正による変更点のお知らせ / Notice of changes due to amendments to Japanese law
*English translation below. いつもビットバンクをご利用いただきありがとうございます。 2023年3月23日にご案内のとおり、2023年6月9日までに犯罪による収益の移転防止に関する法律等が改正されます。これに伴い、日本の暗号資産交換業者は、トラベルルールと呼ばれる対応を行うこととなります。トラベルルール対応の一環として法令等で定められた国・地域に所在する暗号資産交換業者に対し暗号資産を直接送付する場合にはトラベルルールに基づく情報の通知を行った後、暗号資産の送付を行う必要があります。通知を行う際に送付先の暗号資産交換業者がビットバンクとは異なる通知システムを採用している場合など、法令等で定められた通知を正確に行えない可能性がある一部の暗号資産交換業者には暗号資産を直接送付することができなくなります。直接送付ができなくなる暗号資産交換業者については以下Webページに記載していますのでご確認ください。 暗号資産の直接送付ができない暗号資産交換業者※なお、暗号資産が直接送付できなくなる暗号資産交換業者は今後変更される可能性があります。 本変更の背景等につきましては、2023年3月23日付のお知らせよりご確認ください。 トラベルルールとは、「利用者の依頼を受けて暗号資産の出金を行う暗号資産交換業者は、出金依頼人と受取人に関する一定の事項を、出金先となる受取人側の暗号資産交換業者に通知しなければならない」というルールです。 このルールは、FATF(金融活動作業部会)が、マネーロンダリング及びテロ資金供与対策についての国際基準（FATF基準）において、各国の規制当局に対して導入を求めているものです。 テロリストその他の犯罪者が自由に電子的な資金移転システムを利用することを防ぎ、不正利用があった場合にその追跡を可能とすることを目的とするものです。 JVCEA：暗号資産の送付を会員にご依頼される利用者の皆様へ 今後ともビットバンクをよろしくお願いいたします。 Thank you for using bitbank. This rule is the one that the FATF (Financial Action Task Force) requires the regulatory authorities in each country to adopt in their international standards for combating money laundering and terrorist financing (FATF Standards). It is intended to prevent terrorists and other criminals from freely using the electronic funds transfer systems and to enable tracking of any unauthorized use of the systems.
