【復旧済】一部の日本円および暗号資産の出金停止または遅延について
2023年8月9日（水）21:50現在 2023年8月8日5時56分頃より、一部のお客様において日本円および暗号資産の出金停止または遅延が発生しておりましたが、8月9日21時44分頃に完全に復旧いたしましたのでお知らせします。 停止期間： 2023年8月8日5時56分頃 ~ 2023年8月9日21時44分頃 この度はご不便、ご心配をお掛け致しましたことお詫び申し上げます。 2023年8月9日（水）15:07現在 引き続き、一部のお客様において日本円および暗号資産の出金停止または遅延が発生しております。 当該事象の原因についてご説明いたします。弊社ではマネーロンダリング対策として、お客様の暗号資産のご入金に対して外部サービスを利用してスクリーニング作業を行っており、当該作業が完了していないお客様の出金を一時的に制限する仕様となっています。 現在、当該外部サービスに障害が発生しており、一部のお客様のご入金に関してスクリーニングの結果を取得できなくなっていることにより、該当のお客様の出金を制限させていただいております。当障害は部分的に解消がみられておりますが、2023/8/8 05:56から23:45までの暗号資産のご入金に関しては依然としてスクリーニング結果を確認できず、これに伴い一部のお客様の出金の制限が解除できておりません。 引き続き、当該外部サービスの提供元と協力の上、復旧に努めてまいります。お客様にはご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、復旧まで今しばらくお待ちください。なお、お客様の資産への影響はなく、出金を除く全ての機能は通常通りご利用いただけます。 現在、一部のお客様において日本円および暗号資産の出金停止または遅延が発生しております。 原因については現在調査中です。お客様にはご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、復旧まで今しばらくお待ちください。なお、お客様の資産への影響はなく、出金を除く全ての機能は通常通りご利用いただけます。
