12月26日 15:00以降の信用取引口座の新規開設・増枠のお申し込みは、1月5日より順次審査を行います。年内の信用取引口座の新規開設・増枠などをご希望の方は、12月26日 14:59までに手続きをお済ませください。
日本円出金
【住信SBIネット銀行宛】
通常通りご利用いただけます。
【上記以外の銀行宛】
12月30日 14:00以降の出金申請は「審査中」となり、1月5日10:00~より順次出金処理を行います。
※「審査中」の出金申請は、出金画面からキャンセル可能です。
年内の出金をご希望の方は、12月30日 13:59までに出金手続きをお済ませください。
上記を除く日本円の入金、ならびに暗号資産の売買や入出金などのサービスは通常通りご利用可能です。
今年の年末年始は、例年よりも長い休日期間でございます。スムーズなお取引のため、余裕を持ったご準備とご対応をお願い申し上げます。

We would like to inform you of our schedule for the year-end and New Year holidays.
During the New Year holiday period, from December 27th to January 4th, the following services will be unavailable.
Support Desk
- The following services will not be available during the holidays
- Responses to inquiries
- Support for Japanese Yen deposits with forgotten deposit numbers
The review of margin trading accounts
- The following services will not be available during the holidays
- Review for opening a new margin trading account
- Review for increasing the credit limit
Applications for new margin accounts and increasing the credit limit received after 15:00 on December 26th will be reviewed sequentially from January 5th. If you wish to open a margin account or increasing the credit limit before the end of the year, please complete the procedure by 14:59 on December 26th.
Japanese Yen Withdrawal
[To SBI Sumishin Net Bank]
The service will be available as usual.
[To other banks]
Withdrawal requests made after 14:00 on December 30th will be marked as "審査中" and processing will begin sequentially after 10:00 on January 5th.
*You can cancel your withdrawal request marked as "審査中" on the Withdrawal page.
If you wish to make a withdrawal before the end of the year, please complete the withdrawal procedure by 13:59 on December 30th.
Aside from the above, deposits in Japanese yen, as well as trading, deposits, and withdrawals of crypto assets, will remain available as usual.
This year’s New Year holiday period will be longer than usual. To ensure smooth transactions, we kindly ask for your preparation and appropriate measures well in advance.
