【予告】MKRの取扱廃止およびSKYへの移行に関するお知らせ

「MKRの取扱廃止およびSKYへの移行」については、先日延期のご案内をいたしましたが、後述の移行スケジュールに従い、MKRの取扱いを廃止するとともに、MKRからSKYへの移行をサポートし、SKYの取扱いを開始いたします。
移行スケジュールについて
ビットバンクではMKRからSKYへの移行に伴い、以下のスケジュールを予定しております。
下記、移行スケジュールの時間は前後する可能性がございます。
※移行レートについて
当社でのMKRからSKYへの移行は、「1 MKR = 24,000 SKY」のレートで実施いたします。
留意事項
- 2025年9月16日10:00より、MKRは入出金停止いたします。
- MKRの出金申請が集中した場合、移行に伴う作業の都合上、対応できない可能性があるため、余裕を持った出金申請をお願いいたします。
- 入出金停止後に入金されたMKRについては、資産として反映されず、回復処理を行うことはできないことにご留意ください。
- 2025年9月17日10:00より、SKYへの移行が完了するまでの間、MKRは信用取引の代用暗号資産評価額が「0」となります。その結果、保証金の状況によっては追証または建玉の強制決済、代用処分が発生するおそれがありますので、あらかじめ建玉の決済またはMKRの売却、その他保証金の差し入れを行っていただきますようお願い申し上げます。
- 2025年9月17日11:00より、MKRは取引停止いたします。
- また、2025年9月17日11:30頃に、MKRの取引所での注文はすべて強制キャンセルされます。お手数をおかけしますが、SKYの注文受付が開始されましたら、改めてご注文いただきますようお願いいたします。
- MKRからSKYへの移行後、MKRのチャートは引き継がれないことにご留意ください。
- MKRに関する以下の履歴はこれまで通りご確認いただくことができます。

「暗号資産を貸して増やす」で貸し出したMKRについて
2025年9月16日のメンテナンス開始時点において「暗号資産を貸して増やす」で貸し出し中のMKRについては、SKYへと移行され、「暗号資産を貸して増やす」も継続されます。
「暗号資産を貸して増やす」とは、ビットバンクとお客様が暗号資産の消費貸借契約を締結し、最大年率5％※の暗号資産を1年後に受け取ることができるサービスです。1年間の満了日を迎えると、募集月にお客様が貸し出した暗号資産に、当社所定の利用料を加算してお返しいたします。
※年率は、募集月ごとに0.1％から5.0％までの範囲において当社が決定します。

Regarding the "Delisting of MKR and migration to SKY", we previously announced a postponement. However, in accordance with the migration schedule outlined below, we will proceed with the delisting of MKR, support the migration from MKR to SKY, and begin listing SKY.
About the transition schedule
bitbank has planned the following schedule for the migration from MKR to SKY.
Please note that the times in the migration schedule below are subject to change.
※ Regarding the Migration Rate
The migration from MKR to SKY at our company will be carried out at a rate of “1 MKR = 24,000 SKY.”
Notes
- From 10:00 AM on September 16, 2025, deposits and withdrawals of MKR will be suspended.
- If there is a sudden increase in MKR withdrawal requests, we may not be able to process them due to the migration process. Therefore, we kindly ask that you submit your withdrawal requests well in advance.
- Please note that any MKR deposited after the suspension of deposits and withdrawals will not be reflected as an asset, and recovery processing will not be possible.
- From 10:00 on September 17, 2025, until the migration to SKY is completed, the substitute cryptocurrency valuation for margin trading of MKR will be "0". As a result, depending on the status of your margin deposit, there is a risk of margin calls, forced settlement of open positions, or substitute disposal. Therefore, we ask that you settle your open positions, sell MKR, or deposit other margin in advance.
- From 11:00 AM on September 17, 2025, trading of MKR will be suspended.
- Additionally, around 11:30 AM on September 17, 2025, all MKR orders on the exchange will be forcibly canceled. We apologize for the inconvenience, and kindly ask that you place your orders again once SKY order acceptance begins.
- Please note that after the migration from MKR to SKY, the MKR charts will not be carried over.
- Please note that even after the migration, you will still be able to view the following MKR-related histories as before:
- Exchange order history and trading history
- Buy & Sell Crypto (OTC) trading history
- "Lending for Interest" history
- Deposit and withdrawal history

About MKR lent out in "Lending for Interest"
As of the start of maintenance on September 16, 2025, any MKR currently lent out through the "Lending for Interest" service will be migrated to SKY, and the "Lending for Interest" service will continue.
"Lending for Interest" is a service that allows customers to participate in a loan agreement with bitbank and receive crypto assets at a maximum annual rate of 5%. When the year-long contract expires, bitbank will return the crypto assets lent by the participant along with interest.
※The annual rate is determined by bitbank and ranges from 0.1% to 5.0% for each subscription month.
