*English version is below. いつもビットバンクをご利用いただきありがとうございます。 2022年3月9日にご案内のとおり、ビットバンクでは2022年4月1日より、トラベルルールへの対応として新たにお客様が暗号資産の出金（送付）を行う際に、受取人に関する情報の取得・保存を開始いたします。 トラベルルール対応後は、暗号資産の出金時に受取人情報をお客様ご自身で入力いただく必要があります。操作方法をFAQにまとめましたのでご確認ください。 本変更の背景等につきましては、2022年3月9日付のお知らせよりご確認ください。 今後ともビットバンクをよろしくお願いいたします。 As announced on March 9, 2022, in response to the Anti-Money Laundering Travel Rule, bitbank will start obtaining and storing information of the payee when our customers make withdrawals of crypto assets from April 1, 2022 Japan Standard Time (JST). From April 1, 2022, customers will be required to enter their own payee information when withdrawing crypto assets.Please refer to FAQ for instructions.
