暗号資産を用いた取引報告の免除について
いつもビットバンクをご利用いただきありがとうございます。 これまで、外国為替及び外国貿易法に基づき、暗号資産を用いて3,000万円以上の取引を行った場合に、利用者ご自身で日本銀行への報告が必要となっておりましたが、令和4年6月より、この報告は不要（暗号資産交換業者が報告）となりました。 詳しくは、財務省より提供の以下の概念図をご参照ください。 ただし、居住者と非居住者との間の支払等や日本と外国との間の支払等における1回あたり3,000万円相当額超の取引に関しては、これまでどおりお客様による報告が必要となりますのでご注意ください。
