犯罪による収益の移転防止に関する法律等の改正に関するお知らせ / Notice about Japanese law revision, etc.
*English translation below. いつもビットバンクをご利用いただきありがとうございます。 2023年6月9日までに犯罪による収益の移転防止に関する法律等が改正されます。これに伴い、日本の暗号資産交換業者は、トラベルルールと呼ばれる対応を行うこととなります。 法改正後はお客様が暗号資産交換業者に暗号資産を送付する際、ご登録いただいているお客様の氏名（法人の場合は名称）と（受領者が異なる場合には）受領者氏名（法人の場合は名称）等を出金先となる暗号資産交換業者に通知した後、暗号資産を送付することとなります。 出金先の暗号資産交換業者への通知はビットバンクが行うため、お客様におかれましては法改正後もこれまで通りの操作を行なっていただければ暗号資産の送付が可能ですが、法令等で定められた国・地域に所在する一部の暗号資産交換業者に対しては通知を行うことができないなどの理由により直接暗号資産が送付できない可能性がございます。 法改正等後も暗号資産の送付が可能な暗号資産交換業者については4月中旬を目処に改めてお伝えさせていただく予定ですのでお待ちください。 トラベルルールとは、「利用者の依頼を受けて暗号資産の出金を行う暗号資産交換業者は、出金依頼人と受取人に関する一定の事項を、出金先となる受取人側の暗号資産交換業者に通知しなければならない」というルールです。 このルールは、FATF(金融活動作業部会)が、マネーロンダリング及びテロ資金供与対策についての国際基準（FATF基準）において、各国の規制当局に対して導入を求めているものです。 テロリストその他の犯罪者が自由に電子的な資金移転システムを利用することを防ぎ、不正利用があった場合にその追跡を可能とすることを目的とするものです。 JVCEA：暗号資産の送付を会員にご依頼される利用者の皆様へ 今後ともビットバンクをよろしくお願いいたします。 Thank you for using bitbank.
