いつもビットバンクをご利用いただきありがとうございます。
2025年5月13日（火）頃にフレア（FLR）のアップデート、および5月15日（木）頃にビットコインキャッシュ（BCC）のアップデートが予定されております。これに伴い、当社は下記の期間において以下の対象暗号資産の入出金を停止いたします。
入出金の停止について

停止対象暗号資産の売買およびその他の暗号資産の売買、入出金ならびに日本円の入出金は通常どおりご利用いただけます。
フレア（FLR）およびビットコインキャッシュ（BCC）のアップデートの状況により、停止日時および再開日時が前後する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
入出金の再開について
フレア（FLR）およびビットコインキャッシュ（BCC）のアップデート完了後、当社にて十分な安定稼働を確認した上で、入出金を再開いたします。再開時にはブログにてご案内しますので、ご確認をお願いいたします。

The Flare (FLR) update is scheduled to take place around Tuesday, May 13, 2025 (JST), and the Bitcoin Cash (BCC) update is expected around Thursday, May 15, 2025 (JST). In connection with these updates, bitbank will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals for the affected crypto assets during the following periods.

You can continue to trade crypto assets subject to suspension, as well as trade, deposit, and withdraw other crypto assets and Japanese Yen as usual.
Please note that the suspension and resumption dates may change depending on the status of the Flare (FLR) and Bitcoin Cash (BCC) updates.
Deposits and Withdrawals Resumption
After the updates for Flare (FLR) and Bitcoin Cash (BCC) are completed, we will resume deposits and withdrawals after confirming stable operations on our end.
