2025年11月4日（火）頃、Polkadotではネットワークを「Polkadot（Relay Chain）」から「Polkadot Asset Hub」へ移行することが予定されています。これに伴い、当社では新ネットワーク「Polkadot Asset Hub」への移行対応を実施いたします。
- 移行前：Polkadot（Relay Chain）
- 移行後：Polkadot Asset Hub
また、新ネットワーク「Polkadot Asset Hub」への移行対応に伴い、下記の暗号資産について入出金を停止いたします。

入出金の再開について
Polkadotネットワークのアップデート完了後、当社にてシステムの安定稼働を確認次第、入出金を再開いたします。再開時にはブログにてご案内しますので、ご確認をお願いいたします。
注意事項
- 入出金の再開日時以降、当社では新ネットワーク「Polkadot Asset Hub」準拠のDOTの入出金にのみ対応いたします。なお、移行後もDOTのネットワーク名の表記は「Polkadot」を使用いたします。
- 当社にDOTを入金される際は、出金元が「Polkadot Asset Hub」に対応していることを必ずご確認ください。Polkadot（Relay Chain）経由で入金された場合、資産が失われる可能性があります。なお、当社のお客様向け入金アドレス（英数字）に変更はありません。
- 当社からDOTを出金される際は、出金先（外部ウォレットや他の取引所）が「Polkadot Asset Hub」に対応していることを必ずご確認ください。対応していないネットワーク宛てに出金された場合、資産が失われる可能性があります。
- 「Polkadot Asset Hub」以外のネットワークへ誤ってDOTを出金したことにより発生した損失について、当社は一切の責任を負いかねます。

Around Tuesday, November 4, 2025 (JST), the Polkadot network is scheduled to migrate from “Polkadot (Relay Chain)” to “Polkadot Asset Hub.”
In accordance with this migration, bitbank will implement the transition to the new network, Polkadot Asset Hub.
- Before migration: Polkadot (Relay Chain)

As part of this transition, deposits and withdrawals for the following crypto assets will be temporarily suspended.

Please note that the suspension and resumption times may change depending on the progress of the network update.
Deposits and Withdrawals Resumption
Deposits and withdrawals will be resumed once we have confirmed the stable operation of our systems following the completion of the Polkadot network update. We will announce the resumption via our blog, so please check there for updates.
Important Notes
- After the resumption of deposit and withdrawal services, bitbank will support only deposits and withdrawals of DOT compliant with the new “Polkadot Asset Hub” network.
Please note that the network name displayed on our platform will remain “Polkadot” even after the migration. - When depositing DOT to bitbank, please ensure that the sending source supports the Polkadot Asset Hub network.
Deposits made via the Polkadot (Relay Chain) may result in the loss of your assets.
Please note that your deposit address (alphanumeric string) will remain unchanged after the migration. - When withdrawing DOT from bitbank, please make sure that the destination wallet or exchange supports the Polkadot Asset Hub network.
Withdrawals sent to networks that do not support Polkadot Asset Hub may result in the loss of your assets. - bitbank shall not be liable for any losses resulting from DOT being mistakenly withdrawn to networks other than Polkadot Asset Hub.
