2024年12月6日（金）頃、ステラ（XLM）のアップデートが予定されております。これに伴い、当社は下記の期間において以下の対象暗号資産の入出金を停止いたします。
入出金の停止について
- 入出金停止予定日時
- 2024年12月5日（木）17:00頃
- 入出金再開予定日時
- 2024年12月6日（金）15:00頃
- 停止対象暗号資産
- XLM
停止対象暗号資産の売買およびその他の暗号資産の売買、入出金ならびに日本円の入出金は通常どおりご利用いただけます。
ステラ（XLM）のアップデートの状況により、停止日時および再開日時が前後する場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
入出金の再開について
ステラ（XLM）のアップデート完了後、当社にて十分な安定稼働を確認した上で、入出金を再開いたします。再開時にはブログにてご案内しますので、ご確認をお願いいたします。

The Stella (XLM) update is scheduled for around Friday, December 6, 2024 Japan Standard Time (JST). Accordingly, bitbank will be suspending the deposits and withdrawals of the following eligible crypto assets during the following period.
Deposits and Withdrawals Suspension Dates

- Around 5:00 PM, Thursday, December 5, 2024 JST
- Scheduled Deposits / Withdrawals Resumption Date
- Around 3:00 PM, Friday, December 6, 2024 JST
- Suspended Crypto Assets

You can continue to trade crypto assets subject to suspension. You can trade, deposit, and withdraw other crypto assets as well as deposit and withdraw Japanese Yen as usual.
Please note that the suspension date and resumption date may change depending on the status of the Stella (XLM) update.
Deposits and Withdrawals Resumption
After the Stella (XLM) update is completed, we will resume deposits and withdrawals after confirming that operations are stable. Please note that we will announce when these services become operational on our blog.
