このたび、お客さまのアカウントをより安全に守るため、アカウントの認証機能を強化いたします。
主な変更内容は以下の通りです。
- 認証設定変更時の追加認証導入
- パスワードOFF時の認証仕様強化
メンテナンス日時
本変更に伴い、下記日時にシステムメンテナンスを実施いたします。
- 2026年6月16日（火）10:00〜12:00
この時間帯は、すべての機能をご利用いただくことができません。メンテナンスの終了は予定時刻に対して前後する可能性がございます。
主な変更内容
認証設定変更時の追加認証導入
今後は、以下の操作時に追加認証が必要となります。
- 二段階認証の登録・解除
- SMS認証の登録・解除
- パスキー登録
追加認証においては、お客さまの設定状況に応じて、以下のいずれかを実施します。
- パスキー認証
- 二段階認証
- SMS認証
- メール認証コード
パスワードOFF時の認証仕様強化
パスキー利用時の安全性向上のため、パスワードをOFFにした場合、パスワードに依存する認証方式も自動的に無効化されます。
対象となる認証方式は以下のとおりです。
- 二段階認証
- SMS認証
また、パスワードOFF後は、パスワードを再度有効化することはできません。

ビットバンクでは、より安全にサービスをご利用いただくため、パスキー登録を推奨しております。パスキー未登録のお客さまは、この機会にぜひパスキー設定をご検討ください。

- Enhanced authentication requirements when Password Login is disabled
Maintenance Schedule
To implement these changes, we will conduct system maintenance during the following period:
Tuesday, June 16, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM (JST)
During this period, all services and functions will be unavailable. Please note that the maintenance completion time may vary depending on the progress of the maintenance.
Main Changes
Introduction of Additional Verification When Changing Authentication Settings
Additional verification will be required when performing the following actions:
- Enabling or disabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Enabling or disabling SMS Authentication
- Registering a Passkey
Depending on your current security settings, one of the following verification methods will be required:
- Passkey Authentication
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- SMS Authentication
- Email Verification Code
Enhanced Authentication Requirements When Password Login Is Disabled
To further improve security when using passkeys, disabling Password Login will automatically disable authentication methods that rely on a password.
The affected authentication methods are as follows:
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- SMS Authentication
In addition, once Password Login has been disabled, it cannot be re-enabled.
Recommendation for Customers
bitbank recommends registering a passkey to help ensure a more secure experience. If you have not yet registered a passkey, we encourage you to take this opportunity to set one up.
