当社は株式会社 MTGOX の弁済手続における代理受領業者の 1 社として指定されたことをお知らせいたします。
​
2014 年に経営破綻した暗号資産取引所「MTGOX」の再生管財人は、再生計画に基づく弁済手続に関し、債権者が弁済方法の選択と弁済先情報の登録を行うためのシステム「再生債権届出システム」* をリリースしたことを公表しました。

当社は MTGOX の弁済手続における代理受領業社として、当社に口座開設いただいた債権者の皆様に、再生管財人から暗号資産を受領し、口座へお渡しいたします。

弁済対象となる暗号資産は下記の通りです。

  • ビットコイン / BTC
  • ビットコインキャッシュ / BCC（BCH）

We announce that we have been appointed as one of the cryptocurrency exchanges to assist in the repayment procedures to creditors of MtGox Co., Ltd..

The Rehabilitation Trustee of MtGox Co., Ltd., the company which went into bankruptcy in 2014, announced that regarding repayment under the Rehabilitation Plan, it has launched a function for creditors to select a repayment method and to register payee information on the MTGOX Online Rehabilitation Claim Filing System* (the system accessible via https://claims.mtgox.com/).

*FYI: Information on Launch of Function for Selection of Repayment Method and Registration of Payee Information (Published on the 6th of October of 2022)

As one of the exchanges that assist in the repayment, we will receive cryotocurrencies from Mt. Gox Rehabilitation Trustee and we will repay the creditors who wish to receive repayment and are our account holders.

Cryptocurrencies that will be the subject of repayment are:

  • Bitcoin / BTC
  • Bitcoin Cash / BCC (BCH)
